Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times range from 3–7 business days for standard shipping within the U.S. Expedited options are available at an additional cost. If you need overnight shipping please email us at shoplatchboutique@gmail.com. Customer is responsible for shipping rates.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship internationally. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs or import fees incurred.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and order details to file a claim with the carrier.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Returns will not be accepted for incorrect shipping address mistakes.
